How long do repairs take?

-Most repairs typically takes 15-40 minutes to complete, depending on the severity of the case.

Can I pay only after repairs are done?

-Yes! We only ask for payment after the repair is done and once we have tested that everything is fine.

Are your parts original?

-We have both OEM and original parts available.

Will my device lose its water resistance after repair?

-The device will lose its water resistance after the repair. This is because the IP68 seal will be broken during repair. IP68 seal is only conducted in factory conditions with specialized machinery to seal up the device. Even at authorized service centers, the IP68 seal will also be broken unless it's shipped back to the factory to get it re-sealed.

Do you repair tablets?

-Yes we do repair tablets such as iPads and Samsung Tabs.

Do I need to book an appointment?

-No appointment is required, simply walk-in! However, do expect the waiting time to differ as stated as we may be repairing other clients' devices.

Do you provide home service repair?

-Unfortunately, we do not provide home service repair at the moment.

​

Can I go back to the authorized service provider after repair?

-The authorized service provider will void the original warranty if any repairs are done by third parties.
